General Competitions Terms & Conditions
- Competitions are open to anyone over the age of 18 based in the UK except for employees of Wychwood and connected companies. One entry per email address per competition.
- All competitions either have a closing date or provide a set number of prizes a month.
- Participants of competitions on wychwood.co.uk & wychwood.com are expected to pay their own cost of connecting to the web site and any advertised mobile text costs with any network provider and data transfer extras where-ever appropriate.
- Winners of the competition will be notified by e-mail by the date shown above. Should the e-mail bounce, an attempt to contact the customer will also be made by phone. If contact cannot be made within one month, the prize will be lost. Prizes will be sent by default to the customer's registered address. It is the winner's responsibility to notify Wychwood of any change in address.
- Prizes are as stated. No cash alternative is offered.
- We do not accept any responsibility for any entries that are lost, damaged or delayed as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunication failures or faults of any kind including any hardware, programming code, databases or software which has been used in any of the competitions.
- Winners of the competitions may be displayed on the web site as title surname from area e.g. Mr Jones from Birmingham.
- All competitions may be subject to additional rules.

Terms & conditions for Royal Enfield Bullet competition
- This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoters, their families and anyone professionally involved with this promotion.
- To enter the free prize draw, entrants must text HOBGOBLIN ENFIELD to 60300 followed by their email address or go to www.wychwood.co.uk and complete the online entry form.
- Entries are limited to one entry per person per day, via either text or web.
- Participants will be charged for the text message by their mobile phone operator. The cost of the text message as entry texts are charged at standard network rate typically 10-12p and may not be included in text inclusive packages.
- There is one prize available of a Hobgoblin Branded Royal Enfield Bullet Motorbike. Specifications for this motorbike include 500cc fuel injected engine, electric start, left foot gear change, 79.6mpg, for full specification details go to www.royal-enfield.com.
- The promotion closes at midnight on 30st November 2010. If your entry is received after this time it will not be eligible to enter the draw.
- The prize draw will be held under independent supervision and a winner drawn at random from all entries. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within 14 days of the closing date and the prize will be delivered within 28 days of the closing date.
- The prize is non transferable. No cash or other alternative is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.
- The name and counties of the winner can be obtained by sending a SAE to Win A Royal Enfield Motorbike Competition, to the Promoter's address set out below. No other correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter's decision is final.
- Winners may be required to participate in related publicity without further recompense.

Mash Tun Shoot Out Competition Terms and Conditions
- This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoters, their families and anyone professionally involved with this promotion.
- To take part in the competition, entrants must go online to http://www.wychwood.co.uk/mashtun.html and play the new Mash Tun Shoot Out online game.
- All competition entrants are eligible to win, and each entry in which the game is completed will be entered into a prize draw. There is no restriction on the amount of times the player can enter.
- The game has three levels and each level's score will be accumulated to total the final score. The final score constitutes as the total number of pints saved.
- The maximum prize is limited to 320 pints and cannot be exceeded regardless of score.
- The game contains a leader board which will be updated with the highest scores however this in no way constitutes towards winning the competition.
- The competition will run from 28th March 2010 and close at midnight on 31st August 2010.
- There is one prize available consisting of the number of pints saved by the winning entrant during the game that has been selected as the winning entry only. For every pint saved the winner will receive the equivalent amount of Wychwood Beer/Hobgoblin Beer supplied in either cans or bottles.
- The total amount of beer being awarded as the prize will be delivered quarterly over the forthcoming 12 month period. Therefore the winner will receive 4 deliveries in total.
- The prize draw will take place by means of an independently supervised random draw with the winner being notified by letter or telephone with 14 days of the closing date by telephone or in writing.
- The prize is non transferable and no cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.
- The promoter reserves the right to remove any entries on the leaderboard which they consider to appear rude or offensive.
- The name and county of the 'Mash Tun Shoot Out' winner can be obtained by sending a SAE to Wychwood Mash Tun Shoot Out Competition at the Promoter's address set out below. No other correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter's decision is final.
